This is one of my favorite dishes from leguminous plants. Spicy food is good for winter time.
1 can of chickpeas
1 can of coconut milk
black pepperolive oil
How to do:
1. Give one tea spoon of curry on hot olive oil and stir it.
2. Add chopped onion and fry it till onion will be golden.
3. Add chickpeas and roast for a few minutes.
4. Add coconut milk,salt & black pepper.
5. Let it boil for a few minutes.
6. That´s all 🙂 Serve it with rice.
