One sweet carrot recipe for Sunday.
30 dkg flour (for healthier version you can use whole grain flour)
20 dkg plant margarine or coconut oil
20 dkg grated carrot
½ baking powder
pinch of salt
1 vanilla sugar
How to do:
1. We use all ingredients for making a dough except plum jam and sugar powder.
2. Sheeted dough.
3. Slice it into the squares.
4. Give plum jam into the squares and stick up it.
5. Bake it on 180°C until it will be golden.
6. After baking you can use sugar powder on the top.
